Amy Gaiennie is the Managing Member of The Gaiennie Law Office,
LLC. Amy Gaiennie graduated from University of Denver College of
Law in 1994. She received her undergraduate degree from Louisiana
State University with a major in psychology and a minor in sociology in
1991. Ms. Gaiennie passed the bar immediately after graduation. She
went to work doing court-appointed domestic matters, as well as
working for a bar review company.
Amy Gaiennie then worked as insurance defense counsel working with various insurance companies. This experience has provided her with the knowledge and insight as to insurance company’s handling of claims.
She went on to work for two of the largest personal injury firms in Colorado where she was consistently given awards for her settlements, leading the other attorneys at the firm for several years in a row.
Ms. Gaiennie started The Gaiennie Law Office in October of 2003 so that she could provide better and more personalized service to her clients.
Ms. Gaiennie is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of the Auto Litigation Committee. In her spare time, she also volunteers with various local charitable organizations, including Denver Metro Volunteers.

Laurence (“Larry”) M. Schneider graduated from the University of Denver, College of Law, in May 2002, and was admitted to practice law later that same year. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado in 1992, with a major in music. During his gap between undergraduate and law school, Larry worked in the music industry and then in the financial industry where he held his Series 6, 7 and Colorado insurance licenses.
In law school Mr. Schneider clerked at the tax law firm of Gelt, Paddison & Zinn where he assisted on a large multi-national tax law suit. He also co-authored an article on 1031 exchanges that was published in the Colorado Lawyer. After law school, Mr. Schneider began his education as a trial lawyer working with Bradley Ross-Shannon; Varnell & Associates, Farmers Insurance in-house counsel; and Lasater & Martin, P.C. Mr. Schneider has tried cases throughout the state of Colorado with exemplary results.
Mr. Schneider joined the Gaiennie Law Office LLC in September 2009, as the lead trial attorney. Mr. Schneider has experience with car crashes, slip and falls, dog bites, uninsured/underinsured motorist and bad faith issues, and contract disputes to name a few. He also has experience before governmental agencies and assisting with probate matters.
Mr. Schneider is a member of the Denver, Arapahoe and Colorado Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Schneider is a native to Colorado and enjoys golfing, wine tastings, cooking and time with friends and family. He is also a die hard CU Buff and Denver Bronco fan. Mr. Schneider is married to wife Jacki and has two boys who he enjoys spending time with.
Meredith A. Quinlivan, Esq.Ms. Quinlivan graduated from the University of Denver, College of Law, in May 2005, and is admitted to the Colorado State Bar and in the U.S. District of Colorado. In 2001 she received her bachelors’ degrees from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota in Government – International Affairs and Communications. Prior to entering law school, Ms. Quinlivan lobbied for the American Coalition for Ethanol and was a grant writer for the Southwest Minnesota Housing Partnership.
As a law student, Ms. Quinlivan was recognized for excellence in trial advocacy, earning the American Jurisprudence Award for the highest grade in Trial Practice and Advanced Trial Practice. She participated in the Civil Rights Clinic, drafting written opinions related to police misconduct and advising members of the Public Safety Review Commission. Ms. Quinlivan was active in moot court, traveling with the International Appellate Team for two years and competing in the Hoffman Trial Advocacy Competition, the Negotiations Competition and the Client Counseling Competition. In addition, she interned for the Denver Public Defenders Office, the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar Parole Project, and the Honorable William D. Robbins, who was assigned to a domestic relations docket.
Before entering the private sector, Ms. Quinlivan was a law clerk and staff attorney for the Colorado Court of Appeals. In 2007, she joined Senter, Goldfarb & Rice, LLC as a litigation associate. There, she practiced in a variety of areas including workers’ compensation, as well as governmental entity and municipal law, products liability, premises liability, and professional malpractice. As an associate she authored several successful dispositive motions and co-authored an appellate brief to the Colorado Court of Appeals resulting in a published opinion. Ms. Quinlivan is experienced in settlement negotiations, taking and defending deposition testimony of witnesses and experts, and she has victoriously first-chaired a trial.
As the newest member of Gaiennie Law Office, Ms. Quinlivan is responsible for workers’ compensation and is working with Ms. Gaiennie and Mr. Schneider in the litigation and appellate divisions. Ms. Quinlivan is a member of the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.
Ms. Quinlivan was born and raised in Minnesota. She relocated to Denver, Colorado in 2002 to attend law school. She enjoys all that the Colorado outdoors has to offer, including skiing, running, hiking and camping. Ms. Quinlivan also regularly volunteers for the Denver Rescue Mission and the Colorado Humane Society.
Julia Schuster graduated from Colorado State University with Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and Literature. After receiving her paralegal certification from Denver Paralegal Institute, Julia worked as a paralegal for 5 years in personal injury and insurance defense firms. She has 15 years experience as an insurance claims adjuster in the fields of automobile liability, property, commercial and medical payment.
Also a Girl Scout leader for 9 years, team leader for Relay for Life a Hospice volunteer and a heck of a nice gal….
